The full-scale (1:12) "Evanston" is our representation of a modern townhouse. This large build features 7 rooms with a rooftop deck & pergola with the main living space showcasing a 2-story ceiling. The exterior has sleek, modern lines with a large working double entry door and transom as well as a second story balcony.
The interior has room access from both the side and back of the home. The main living room has a gorgeous three flight staircase leading up to the third floor sun room and terrace deck. Off of the main living space there is a dining room & kitchen. The second story features a bedroom and bathroom. The third story has 2 rooms with entry to the rooftop deck and pergola.
Please note that some finishes shown are for demonstration purposes. This kit does not include exterior brick (since you may want to finish with something else!), lighting, decorative ceilings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and decor.
