The half-scale (1:24) "Evanston" is our representation of a modern townhouse. This small but mighty build features 7 rooms with a rooftop deck & pergola with the main living space showcasing a 2-story ceiling. The exterior has sleek, modern lines with a large working double entry door and transom as well as a second story balcony.
The interior has room access from both the side and back of the home. The main living room has a gorgeous three flight staircase leading up to the third floor sun room and terrace deck.
